pozwolę sobie bezpośrednio zacytować wiadomość od znajomej, bo nic więcej nie trzeba dodawać:
"za mniej niż miesiąc ma urodzić się Szymonek Kalinowski, synek mej koleżanki, ale nie ma połowy serduszka i operację musi przejść w Monachium by żyć. Trzeba aż 32 tysięcy euro [...]"

I'll let myself quote a part of messege I've get from friend, because it needs no additional comment:
"in the less than a month my friend will have a baby, his name is Szymonek Kalinowski and he doesn't have a half of his heart. He needs to have a surgery in Munich to live. The cost is 32 000 euro [...]"
